Short updates for partners and trade press.
Press notes are brief on purpose: new holo lots, counter hour changes, what we showed on the trade-show floor. They are for converters and buyers who already know how we work, not for a general audience scrolling social.
When Prism and Diffraction ranges update, we post the practical bits (widths, controlled supply, which seals they suit) and link to the Prism Holo and Diffraction Beam pages. Jet Park hour changes land here too so collection plans do not bounce off a closed shutter.
Trade-show notes summarise what converters asked most: soft-touch adhesion, pigment matching, and whether a loud holo helps a youth SKU or just fights the barcode. We keep the write-ups short and point back to resources and journal for depth.
If you need something announced to your own customers, mail foil@stampingfoil.co.za rather than scraping these pages into a brochure. We will say what is stocked versus indent so you do not over-promise.
Older notes stay up for context. Always confirm live stock with the desk before you plan a launch around a seasonal finish.
These posts are not a substitute for stock checks. A finish can be announced and still be indent-only for six weeks. Read the note, then mail the desk with your metreage and width before you brief retail.
Partners who want quotes for trade press can request a short factual paragraph. We stay away from hype language. Foil either runs or it does not; the copy should match that honesty.
Photographers shooting our counter for editorial should mail ahead. We can clear a clean bay and keep customer rolls out of frame. Walk-in shoots during peak collection hours get in everyone's way.
We publish sparingly. Silence usually means stock and grades are steady, not that the desk is asleep. When something material changes for trade partners, it shows up here and in a short mail to active accounts.
Regional freelancers writing about SA packaging can request fact checks. We correct substrate and process errors quickly. We do not ghostwrite advertorials dressed as journalism.
Archive posts stay for continuity. If an hour or SKU changed later, the newer note wins. Cross-check with lead times and the live product page before you cite a finish in print.
